Agreed, the terms of the deal have changed since my last comment.
I hold both (mostly as a hedge against a poor offer from Perseus).
I think for PRU, I'm not sure they'd be overly hot on holding Silvercorp shares, but regardless they shouldn't lose money on this holding (even if SVM tanks a bit post acquisition).
I assume we'll find out the strategy in the next week.
