At first glance, it makes a lot of sense.
PRU is likely looking to sell Block 41 and the Sauds are keen.
PRU could even potentially sell a stake in it's existing assets?
Either way, it's not like PRU need funding, so it would imply it's more about bringing in the right partner that is... seen in a good light by African leaders/countries (particularly those mentioned in the announcement)
