In the theoretical situation of the takeover proceeding in September and nothing else changing, the resultant 4% dilution in PRU would cut the 8% gross benefit of the arbitrage in half, is that correct?

I dont think so, because if you just hold onto the PRU shares your going to cop the same dilution anyway.
