12.79 shares for 1, prices the ERX takeover SP at 0.09c
Rather than wait till September I executed the swap today.... sold at 0.088c, and bought PRU $1.21 ... small arbitrage loss, but should be swallowed if PRU bounces in a few days.
Forget blocks of takeover documents and drawn out shareholder votes, and I can sell into the PRU liquidity anytime and move on
