100% agree. Whilst the price might be 'fair' for Predictive, is it the path Perseus needs to take? They'd have to lever up and fund all of Nyanzaga from operating cash flows - which would likely put their BS at the mercy of the POG - which I doubt JQ is willing to do.
I don't see them going as a strategic partner with Zijin, but perhaps with the Lundin group?
