MIN bought +200M shares (now 19.88% holding I think)
NWE have eluded to an 'alternate drilling arrangement" (aside of the STX rig)
General sense that we'll get a drilling update / timeline in the next couple of months.
so it's pricing some of this in early imo. plus of course MIN buying up is a good sign of confidence etc.
that's my high level 2cents..
on that note, I'd love to see 2cents actually
