Not at all MF, read between the lines.

The deployment of the buoys will be staged with fault finding at each stage. Commissioning with all 3 BAs operating appears to be a long way off (and that is assuming there are no problems). It appears we are being softened for a blow as well.

I acknowledge from an engineering perspective all that has been said is completely rational but how could they not know all of this a year or two ago.
