CWE have a long history of 'misinforming' the market about their timelines. I've been following them since 2007. Commercialisation went from 2010 to end 2012, then to 2013, then to Q2 2014, then to end 2014. I will NOT be surprised if it turns out to be 2015, or even 2016.
Of course, all this pushes CETO 6 out further. I don't think we'll see that until at least 2018 (allowing for three years planning & development). The first commercial projects (if the company can secure any), therefore won't be until around 2020. If all goes well, CWE may achieve profitability by 2030. So there are long investor timeframes involved here.
On the plus side, work is continuing and the project hasn't failed. I'm sure that when CETO 5 is finally deployed, it will probably work quite well. My biggest fear was a major component failure, which would have added another 1-2 years to the CETO 5 timeline.
