    Our paths have crossed previously. I cannot see the logic behind your comment. Are you suggesting the smart money represents the SHs who bought into ICG at prices of 0.001 and 0.002 prior to consolidation (as I did) are now realising their profit, or the SHs who participated in the CR in 10/20 and taking profits. Are you capable of expanding your explanation "the smart money selling to the unicorn believers".
