Byron, unfortunately these thing's happen especially when dealing with 3rd world country's. It can't be easy dealing with bureaucrats let alone dealing with different language barriers. Emails can often be misinterpreted so it's probably quite common problems like this arise when dealing with government agencies.

I am satisfied and content with the recent announcement management gave us, I'm also happy to wait a little longer as the wait will be well worth it, in the long run.
