the volume is not large enough for a p&d someone kept buying in at 10c even the buy side is not much, very clever tactic also there was a big sale at 13c to stop a potential run, which means someone know something and soon news will reveal meanwhile, I think the company try to get a high VWAP before any offers/ TO.
