from what iv been told there are a lot of interested parties but it seems management have 2 issues. 1. price - is the price good enough to remove the asset after all the money put in it. 2. is it worth selling - do they hold out.
there is strong talks of a JV in the price isn't what they want. what I'm happy is there is strong interest, the brokers are really pushing it.
