maybe not the right one to comment on this governance stuff , but we have a strong broad with some ethical members, the board and management team have experience with multi billion dallor companies and within our industry. Not to sure why some would see our team as lacking. If I was to question one position it would be head of Europe, just over $1m last year is poor, I know some delayed so might be starting this year with $2m back logged but if Europe doesn't do 4 to 5m this year questions should be asked.
if one lauchie can do both roles I'm happy with this, I would rather employ 5 more in the sales team in china with targets to pick up 2 projects each per month of these smaller 10 to 20t range than pay another 500k out for more management. The photo in the presentation shows enough people in management, don't want to be one of these companies with to many chiefs and not enough Indians.
