Whatever happened with the directors selling, happened and is now behind us.
The terrible thing about PET is that they have always over-promised and under-delivered, at least so far. When they talked about initial $1m/month application with subsequent multi-fold increase on Xingyun lake, everyone would think it's worth $30m a year, it ended up with only $10m.
The good thing is that they shot for the moon and missed, but they still landed among the stars. Debt free with spare cash in bank, relatively cheap to increase production capacity, excellent margin, and most importantly the company has a right partner in the fastest growing country.
I doubt there will be any magical bullet that will turn the down trend around, it probably needs quite some time.
