this is good ? yes for who still to be determined in time . he would accept the position fully understanding the conditions. i read the conditions as making a sh#t load of money.
really conditions not very high to my view . large base salary and on top of that 1.5m shares with sales target of $120m over 2 years at $1.25. ie $60m per year, lets face it most of us expect at least $60m next year and then more growth following years , Yunnan Lake/catchment will take 3000 tons ($10m) in this last six months double that for next year that $20m. the east lake(s) will run about the same and the second apline lake which is much bigger than Xingyun could easly take $20m then there about $12m out lined for the rest of the world plus engineering work. has the bar been set to low ? KPI / TARGET should be set not to high so unattainable but not to low to be a walk up start. i would of been happy to have the first 2 years at $150m ie double this year next year to $60m and then 150% again $90m for the second year , $150m not $120m would of been better. and for the second tranche 3rd year sales $120m so $270m over 3 years not $200m.

the company talks about huge growth set the targets and strike price to reflect it . no reason the second tranche shouldn't have a higher strike price ie $2.00 , you get us to over $2 sp in three years you can make extra bonus.. i would be happy with those conditions if it was me and back myself in. if the sp isn't over $2 in three years rather than reward management with cheap shares it would be time to move some on.

also if i was one of the long term staff members who was grants part of the resent options a couple of months ago excise price $1.35 by June 2020 i would fell pissed, new comer gets cheaper excise price and more time than me . is setting the excise price lower good for staff malrowe ?
