Probably a good move but maybe too late as they've already run out of cash with little or no prospect of raising any - look for a merger or 20% placement with a stronger cash-up junior or sale of their 80% interest in the Scotia JV to MEP urgently as they can't even keep up the expenditure commitment to retain their interest.
They look like they're trading whilst technically insolvent so need to do something urgently.
