I like this appointment. He has proven experience taking a junior explorer through feasibility, development to production, and seems to be someone who doesn’t jump from job to job without serious consideration to the long term opportunity. I look forward to hearing his plans once he gets his head around all of the projects and priorities.
@kemj I agree $450K is a lot, but sometimes you need to invest in experience to reap the benefits of it. He was on $500K in 2020 when he joined Poseidon, and given inflation today, I would say we actually did a good deal. I also like the performance options over the next few years while the projects evolve.
Looking forward to some upward momentum over the next 12 months.
