    Moving from an Explorer to an E and P company .
    His experience will be very useful for MEL and the JV too .

    Has no shares in the company so cannot take part in the CR but now would be an opportune time to buy some at a Sale Price on Market .

    He seems to have the right credentials to add valuable guidance to the team .
