Peter Margin has an impressive background and seems to have been crucial to Bega’s rise as a public company.
In resigning he indicates he is prioritising companies he joined after Bega.

Interestingly he headed Lion Dairy until less than two years before joining Bega in June, 2011.

Peter Maxwell Margin, BSc (Hons), MBA has been an Independent Non-Executive Director of Costa Group Holdings Limited since June 24, 2015.
Mr. Margin served as the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of the ASX-listed food group Goodman Fielder Pty Limited from November 14, 2005 to April 29, 2011.

Mr. Margin has a strong record of managing large Australian consumer food companies delivering operational efficiency, brand development and profitable growth.
Mr. Margin has many years of leadership experience in Major Australian and international food companies.
He serves as the Executive Chairman of Asahi Beverages ANZ.
Mr. Margin served as the Chief Executive officer and Chief Operating Officer of Lion - Dairy & Drinks Pty Ltd from July 24, 2003 to December 2004 and also served as its Managing Director since July 8, 2003 until November 1, 2009.
