Well that is a more productive reply than the last one! I don't have experience in REE processing but I have commissioned a few Coal Handling & Processing plants. I agree it probably wouldn't cost the entire amount again, It wasn't meant to be as blunt as it came across. The point I was trying to make is that feeder conveyors are usually designed to run at full speed. If you can't increase the belt size or the speed then you can't increase the input into the plant regardless of optimisations internally. That is usually the bottleneck that the plant capacity (t/h) is derived from. You would need to duplicate a lot of materials handling equipment. Processing technology will definitely improve over the lifespan of the plant. I'm all for it!
