re: Ann: Petratherm Espana signs MoU with lea... I agree this is a good announcement. Its appears Petratherm may get some more projects out of this as the announcement suggests the Iberian Peninsula will be jointly assessed. This includes Portugal which is already already producing geothermal on the Azores island.

One portion of the announcement is not clear to me though. It appears the deal is 50/50 however in regards to Tenerife it indicates: Enel to "fund the first deep production well in return for a majority equity stake in the project"

How much larger then 50% will this majority stake be?? Would have thought thats something you would agree on and therefore announce exact breakdowns
