Long as they raise this at a very small EV, shouldn't be a problem getting the full $4+ million. At 2c waiver, this gives shell EV at $2M already, and the fact consideration shares will come along which brings total EV even higher, I really wonder if they will do a mini consolidation to make this more attractive. Time will tell. Watching this with interest.
