True that. However, we’ll need to wait to see how much consideration shares will be issued. At minimum listing price at 2c via waiver, the consideration shares will be the telltale sign of what the ultimate EV will be. I note also last quarter cash holdings of circa $600k which will bring the EV down, however we can’t discount the possibility of further issuing of director and/or facilitation shares via EGM which will also affect overall EV.
