Has Watso got a better solution for meeting our 20% renewable LRET target and our 5% greenhouse gas emissions reduction target by 2020?
There is a precedent for this that is in the planning stages in the northern hemisphere and its called Desertec, but Watso probably thinks that is a crock as well.
