hi Karll. Not suggesting that CTP don't mount a defence. They need to. But defence with a grain of salt. Don't let it distract CTP from the main game.

As I said, I don't know the facts... but let me explain it terms of another frivolously litigious area: patents.


Step 1- Get a breach of patent letter
Step 2 - Throw in bin
Step 3 - Wait several months, get second breach of patent letter
Step 4 - Throw in bin

And repeat.

Otherwise you can waste a lot of emotional and operational effort fighting legal claims that have no grounds.

Not saying that this is the case here, but you get my drift...
