Yes it would ... but that is the time value of money doing its job.
The model itself considers "all" the production ... but production in 20 years time sold for $100M is only worth ~$15M today if discount rate is 10%.
When you sell your stock the buyer is now taking the risk that those future earnings will occur as expected ... lots of unexpected things can happen ... such as COVID-25 ...
