Everything you have said about doing the old IN and OUT trying to pick the peaks and buying back in the dips mirrors my experience.

Having said that; I DID buy LCK at 18 and sell at 32 (after it damn near hit 50) when they announced the 2P.
I was out of LCK until it sunk back to 10 cents and I bought in again and accumulated this year.

However, I have tried it enough times now on other stocks and been OUT after a peak when suddenly (from nowhere) the stock magically starts climbing only to find it exceeding my sell out point and been left seriously blindsided where if I had just sat I would have been better off.

Now I just choose carefully and sit and forget about the UPS and DOWNS.

Its strangely calming watching a stock climb to some silly high and then watching it plummet - and not being worried.
