I expect with SNE DOC there will be a new PSC for SNE Development in early 2019. Senegal will want to know how FAR will fund their share of development cost. I can see one or a combination of the much touted JV debt deal (50%) combined with either a CR or another debt deal for future offtake (with CNOOC or with WPL?) in early 2019. There may be an opportunity to farm-down further in Gambia with enhanced value 2019 to help fund SNE.
