So Petsec had money in the bank and it was taken out without Petsec's authority and paid to the Houtis -what an evil banking system , no wonder the country is screwed , the country deserves all it gets , they have no regard for decency or getting themselves out of the crap they are in via utilising their resources to make foreign earnings
