Sounds like the Arab Bank and Qatar National Bank are rotten and have some links to the Houthi - or at least that would be my tinfoil hat view.
CBA were likely just oblivious and asleep at the wheel, and I am sure they would back down from chasing PSA for the funds in court, as it is their own F up - and I doubt that, in the post Hayne Commission days, that they would want to be known for funding a terrorist organisation such as the Houthi!
