Unknown airport - maybe a place name and not easily identified due to spellings; not likely an ICAO airport code. The men all look like workers - not a negotiation team. Still we know OMV and Total are the big oilers in Yemen and they may be taking all the New Oil Minister's time. Just seems like PSA are way down the list .
