On a techical note,

I notice that PSA is incredibly diligent about filling its gaps on daily charts (take a look at past history), it's almost surreal how it always goes back and fills them. And there is a gap at 20 cents which it seems determined to fill . So in my view just doing a bit of gap filling before a run higher.
