Probably a petrol station that the houthi's have been plundering for fuel, that's plausible given that the Saudis have the right to deny the rebels fuel supplies.
Hopefully there can be a resolution to this mess or atleast the houthis given some autonomy over their homeland as long as they disarm and stop accepting Iranian arms.
