Agreed corporate expenses are too high , due to being a minority holder in the producing assets in the USA ,the company has negligible input in management of those assets , and any income attributed to those assets is taken up in disproportionetely higher corporate costs, leading to more dilution of share holdings .
Great for the Board gravy train no good for shareholders as capraisings dilute their holdings
The USA assets would be better sold off , all management paid off , the Board to resign except for the Chairman , then suspend the shares from trading until the Yemen Govt allows the company to begin extraction of oil .
