Well, Pew try and make this list comprehensive and they put a little bit of due dilligence into it, so exclusion from it could mean that that there may well be something fraudulent or pseudosciencey about a candidate drug. I assume Recce didn't make the cut last year because treatments for H. pylori is excluded (otherwise 435 would also be included, maybe?) or because it wasn't in active human trial?

And just a correction on Woldanorf's post above, it's not included for 29 indicators, 29 is just the key for Sepsis, the basis for inclusion of R-327. Hopefully it will prove effective for at least 29 indications though!
