Transactional volumes are below three years ago, last time I read a media article.
While forecasts can be incorrect, some observers are suggesting even with limited supply, many Australian regions will experience a further decrease in sale prices by the end of calendar 2023. If true, this will depress listings as it tends to be a vicious circle.
