Suitors eye up digital real estate settlements business PEXA
Property Exchange Australia gained plenty of attention at the Macquarie Australia Conference in Sydney on Tuesday, but it seems it is not only investors that are catching its eye.
DataRoom understands that the electronic real estate settlements business is being closely watched by suitors as well.
Apparently, there have been a number of inbound calls to the company in recent months from investment bankers on behalf of clients interested in an acquisition of the business.
