interesting that REA is reaching all time highs when PEXA SP is down, I would've thought the fate of both are sealed together as everyone who sells and places an ad with REA will need to settle through PEXA unless the market expects alot of these ads not to convert into a sale then the current sp action doesn't make sense and I say PEXA is being overlooked for being relatively newer to the capital markets
