Just went over the results again. Saddled with a bit of debt, amortisation as far as the eye can see and approaching saturation in the local market.
Long term I suspect this will be a good bottom drawer candidate but not exactly compelling right now as we seem to be near the peak of the market.
It might perk up again when they start paying a dividend. Definitely on my watch list but like you happy to wait this on out for the time being.
