In Australia, Pexa exchange sales will move higher due to higher turnover of dwellings, CPI price increase and enabling Tasmania to use PEXA.
In UK, Smoove’s platform manager business is doing well and Optima conveyancing business should be growing as well.
Just waiting now for news on onboarding UK banks into using PEXA. Pexa already signed up
Natwest Group (11% market share of UK mortgage market). Another UK bank had already agreed to use PEXA and one more tier 1 UK bank under negotiations. Many more banks currently under negotiations.
