The other UK banks are restricted from using PEXA until more RTGS slots are released by Bank of England. More RTGS slots are going to be released before the end of the year and Bank of England has been asked to release more RTGS slots faster. So far UK banks with about 20% of mortgage market have tested PEXA. PEXA expects UK banks to be lining up once PEXA proves that it works well. The revenue of Pexa Exchange UK will still be low in FY24. It is a backward looking number. Look at the outlook. Of more importance is Property Sale and Purchase capability of PEXA UK will be ready for testing by end of this quarter.
