medify, the ASX have all the information they need and have had so since July. My email to asx confirmed this information and Po3 can do no more. All my dealings with the ASX are that they don't give a shit about SH of any companies. If they have a grudge they will do their best to ignore SH and get 'revenge' on BODs for thier indiscretions. Yes they caused the problems through poor governance, but the ASX atr to blame for the time its taking. I've been in several companies where they act against directors and don't consider SH. The quicker a RC happens and we get another option than the monopoly ASX the better. Purse is welcome to come to Dis.cord and see all correspondence to the asx and the company, I will not post here for obvious reasons.
