You are probably aware many BOD of many companies do not like HC. So I must be careful posting correspondence onto this platform. You seem a reasonable person so i'm happy to respond. I always take my investments seriously and always in LTH (not trading) contact people in the company i hold. i suggest many people should do this. So I sent an email on 2 occasions to the ASX regarding our suspension with information i had, so asking for confirmation. Both replies were the same as posted here (in part)

"Thank you for reaching out.

Regarding the suspension of PO3 listings, please be advised that this matter is currently being reviewed by ASX."

This is after my questions wanting confirmation of information i have received by being PRO-ACTIVE in my investment.


Regarding the AGM, yes there of course will be one and should be ann soon.

"This will be finalised shortly and an announcement will be made." From the company, again PRO ACTIVE contacting the company not being a whiner on HC.

Apart from this, what are your thoughts on the FRG and Osmoflo PFAS news? (take away your bias for the poor governance of the company)
