I've not seen or heard from Simon for over 12 months, not sure he's actually doing much at all. Therein i feel lies the problem with the ability to Govern.

I have had no communication re the AGM, but my guess is they have held it back waiting for the suspension to clear, but the ASX doesn't want to do so. Maybe thats the ASX plan, make the directors be accountable to the SH? Then lift? I wouldn't put anything past the ASX
