I like both men. They strike me as being honest and helpful.

That aside, I don't understand why they've chosen to ignore ASX rules on governance, disclosure and reporting.

I would have thought that Simon Lill would be especially sensitive about maintaining his reputation, a reputation enhanced by the success of $DEG/De Grey Mining, MC $2.4b. Simon is DEG's chairman.

Why does PO3 appear to be 'middle-fingering' the ASX at a time the group purports to want suspension lifted?

One option for Carl and Simon would be to post a special 'letter of explanation' to shareholders.

In the meantime, many holders may remain baffled, befuddled, bemused...even boggled.
