@kenjikool, it's good that you're 'calm'. It seems Carl's calm and Simon's calm too. I'm no longer a holder so I'm calm.

But there are 900 holders who may not be calm. They include Bill Parfet, Sandra Rush, Steve Annear, @Purse78 and, presumably, @tukebay.

Why? Because Carl and Simon have made decisions that have blocked them from trading.

Then there's Jonathon Evans. He quit the PO3 BOD on July 10.

Carl agreed to issue Evans 150,000 shares "in lieu of any outstanding fees".

Evans would then rank as a T20 holder.

PO3 announced on July 10 that "these shares will be subject to shareholder approval at the Company’s next meeting of shareholders".
