Anyone else notice that ResApp’s scheme announcements no longer include this statement “Since the SID was announced on 11 April 2022, no party has engaged with ResApp with evaluating or providing a competitive proposal.”
Reading between the lines, looks like we could have some other big sharks circling! Bring on a competitive bidding war.
If you want any chance of Pfizer upping their bid, I believe the only option is to vote NO now and then reevaluate right before the close date. IMO DYOR Not financial advice. My no vote remains unchanged.
@pfizer - I’m sure an offer at the upper end of the fair value price of 27.9 cents will tempt a lot of shareholders and very likely get you what you clearly want…
Looking forward to see how this plays out. There is a lot that can happy between now and the vote. Us shareholders hold the cards - with are on a run of good luck and currently holding a great hand. Let’s not fold early and leave money on the table. IMO
