Pfizer and the BOD have an advantage knowing where the voting stands and is bidding accordingly. What if we take that advantage away, what if the No voters change there No vote to Yes till just before the Scheme ends.
Pfizer would not know where they stand and would have to put a bid on which is fair, or if there is enough No votes the Scheme wil be defeated
What are your thoughts about this strategy.
