as by Friday all the shares allocated to the whatever vote need to have changed hands to count properly for the vote next week,

that means any counter bid increase will come as early as this Monday, or any voluntary bid increase would have to come by Wednesday in my opinion

The announcement after trading yesterday points to more movement at the station, they had to get that paperwork out of the way for next week
