you’re right. Pf**K Pfizer. If they really want this company which it appears they do - they need to pay for it.
They need to pay a massive premium for the future opportunities and rewards taken away from SHs.
Anything less than $1 should still be a big NO.
Even at $1 per share, they would be getting a bargain. IMO the scalability of the tech once commercialised properly would make that back in profits in no time.
